Value Sobriety; Value Yourself

Cherishing your sobriety can be almost like a religion. Be exalted that no matter what happened that day, you didn't drink or use, be it good or bad, you didn't drink or use. Think of your body as a temple that needs healthy foods, habits, and exercise in order to optimize all of its abilities, including healing, mood balancing, flexibility, and balance. Be proud of yourself for each day lived clean and sober.
